Questions about property care.
How does the key handover work?
In person, at your home. Every key is logged and labelled neutrally, without an address. Released only with your written approval.
Who is liable if something happens?
Lake Lucerne Concierge is covered by business liability insurance. The scope is set out in writing before we begin. Any damage is reported immediately, with photos and a proposed next step.
How is it billed?
Ongoing care as a fixed monthly fee. Additional tasks by time spent, minimum one hour. One monthly invoice with every service in detail.
How quickly can you be there?
Usually promptly, as I live in Vitznau. After a storm or an alarm, I am on my way as quickly as possible. When I am on holiday, you will know well in advance, and we agree beforehand who looks after you during that time. Planned visits ideally a few days ahead.
Where do you work?
The core area is Weggis, Vitznau, Gersau, Küssnacht am Rigi and Meggen. In addition, the city of Lucerne with scheduled visits. Your home is elsewhere on the lake? Ask nonetheless.
I live abroad. How do we stay in touch?
By WhatsApp, email or phone. In English or German. Reports and photos reach you digitally, in any time zone.
